1. Services Covered
These Terms apply to all services offered by Usef Studios, including but not limited to:
- Web Design & Development
- Branding & Graphic Design
- Digital Marketing
- Content Creation (Beta)
- Social Media Management
- Visual Asset Creation (Posters, Videos, Illustrations)
2. Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment is required before project initiation.
- The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery.
- Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
- The initial advance is non-refundable once the project has started.
- Delays in payment will pause all ongoing work; repeated delays may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Revisions & Scope
- One free revision is included with each project.
- Additional changes may incur charges depending on your selected plan.
- Major scope changes after project start will be considered additional work and billed accordingly.
4. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are shared at project initiation. These timelines depend on timely feedback and submission of necessary materials from the client. Failure to provide assets may delay the final delivery date.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Projects cancelled after work has started are not eligible for refunds.
- If cancellation happens before work begins, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.
- Usef Studios reserves the right to cancel any project due to excessive delays or misconduct.
6. Ownership & Usage Rights
Final deliverables are fully owned by the client upon full payment. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio or promotional material unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must supply any necessary text, images, logos, and branding material.
- Failure to submit content on time may delay project completion.
- If full brand development is included in the plan, our team will handle all creative tasks in-house.

9. Content Creation (Beta)
Our content creation service is currently in beta. We provide:
- Illustrations, posters, reels, and social media posts.
- Editing of client-provided footage; on-site filming is not offered at this stage.
- Social media platform management based on chosen subscription plans.

Usef Studios retains the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. We advise reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of our services implies your agreement with the most recent version of these terms.
